BABY & ME
The postpartum phase can be a challenging time in many different aspects.
At Studio VERSŌ, you will find a welcoming space to get your movement in with your little one by your side.
We offer two Baby + Me class types to choose from: Train and Pilates. These classes were specifically created with you in mind – no pressure or expectations, just movement while keeping your baby close.
More than a fitness class, they are a great opportunity to connect with other parents, relieve stress, and improve your overall well-being.
We encourage you to arrive early, settle into the space, and chat with other parents.
After class, you are welcomed to stay for complimentary coffee in the lobby or take a cup to go.
Please note: Babies must be non-mobile and kept in a carrier for the duration of class.

A strength-training class formulated specifically with postpartum bodies in mind. Baby + Me Train classes focus on pelvic floor muscle activation, increasing strength throughout the core muscles, and building baseline strength with simple yet functional movements.
Recognizing that all postpartum experiences and bodies are different, you are encouraged to progress at a safe pace. All movements are cued with modifications so you can find what feels best for you and your body.
Go bodyweight or grab some gear (we provide dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands) for added support and strength.

Baby + Me Pilates focuses on mindful, low-impact movement rooted in core stability, posture, and breath. This class blends gentle strengthening with mobility and alignment work, tailored to meet you where you are in your postpartum journey.
Our instructors layer in options for all bodies, so you can move at your own pace, whether you’re rebuilding your foundation or looking to gradually increase intensity.
