Barre by VERSŌ — the perfect trifecta of Pilates, Ballet and Yoga. Barre is a full-body muscle endurance class (think pulses, and lots of them) with a focus on core strengthening.
Barre is a full-body muscle endurance class with a focus on core strengthening (think pulses, and lots of them). These alignment-based classes aim to maintain and improve the overall range of motion in the body. Muscle groups are fatigued using high repetitions of small, targeted movements with light resistance.
Barre classes are 45 minutes and broken down into barre, core and followed by a yoga-inspired cool-down. Barre classes utilize bands, pilates balls, light kettlebells and/or dumbbells and a ballet barre.
Classes are beginner-friendly and scalable. Individuals are always encouraged to take the options they need.
