In our Recovery classes, you will be guided through myofascial release techniques and deep stretches to keep your muscles flexible, strong, and healthy.

These classes are designed to improve your performance, reduce your risk of injury, and increase joint mobility and muscle blood flow.

Expect to feel a cathartic release that can offer relief and comfort in your day-to-day life. Options are always provided to ensure every participant leaves feeling
