Barre by VERSŌ — the perfect trifecta of Pilates, Ballet and aerobics.

A full-body, 45-minute session with a focus on core strengthening and glute work. You’ll move through an upper body and lower body activation,
followed by a standing series at the barre.

Aimed to maintain and improve the overall range of motion in the body, muscle groups are fatigued using high repetitions of small, targeted movements with light resistance – bands, Pilates balls, and light dumbbells.

No experience is needed as classes are scalable to every individual. Expect to leave standing taller and more lifted than ever.
