The row machine (also known as the erg) can be intimidating, but our instructors are trained to guide you through every step of the way
to ensure you are moving effectively and with safety.

Rhythmic Row embraces a sense of unity as we move together to the beat of the music.
These classes revolve around the tempo of each track,
amplifying our strength and endurance on the row machine.
With an emphasis on proper form, we integrate unique choreography with different rowing speeds and a resistance band exercise on the mat, creating a full-body experience that builds strength while keeping the movement fun and energizing.
TRAIN + ROW
Train + Row is a high-intensity session that incorporates a mix of strength moves on the mat and bursts of cardio on the row machine.
Expect to lift, sweat, and feel your heart rate pick up as you alternate between
rowing and weight-training.
You will be guided through full-body moves that build on your strength and endurance from the ground up, so you finish strong and more electrified than ever.
