In Rhythmic Spin classes, Marissa primarily focuses on riding to the beat and learning how to use tension to tailor your class and give you the challenge you want or need that day. She adds the option to include minimal choreography if you are feeling it!

Marissa loves a lunchtime Strong Spin. She loves to start her week with Emily’s at 12:15 PM on Monday, and end her week with Maria’s on Friday!
